The only personal information this site asks for is what you choose to enter in its forms. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the equipment you are interested in, and your message. The employment form asks for your name, contact details, location, the roles you are applying for, and your experience. The internal vehicle repair form asks for a driver name and vehicle details.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical request data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability. When you submit a form, your IP address is also used to limit repeat submissions and to run an automated bot check. We do not use any of this to identify individual visitors.

We use what you submit through the contact form for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry about base camp equipment and logistics. Employment applications are used only to evaluate you for work at Evergreen Resource.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which records standard request information (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and performance.

Form submissions are processed on Cloudflare, the same provider that hosts the site, and delivered to Evergreen Resource by email through Cloudflare’s email service. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an automated bot check that evaluates the request without tracking cookies. No third-party form service receives or stores your submission.

Cloudflare processes this data only to deliver the website and the message you send.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business relationship, then dispose of them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. Because the site has no user accounts, the simplest way to limit what we hold is to not submit the contact form.
